Design By Youth, for Nonprofits
In April 2024, GMI Design Center launched our first Youth Design Service Learning Program. This program aims to engage and empower youth and student designers around the world to participate in social change fields, through leveraging GMI's network in nonprofit ecosystems.
It also serves as a platform to facilitate voluntary or below-market-priced design services to nonprofit organizations, including visual and graphic, space and art exhibitions, UI/UX and product design, and so on.
Priority Areas We Support
-
Nonprofit organizations mainly serving under-resourced women and mothers;
-
Social innovation organizations advocating for & integrating waste material recycling, environmental protection, circular economy;
-
Other social welfare organizations working for child education, youth empowerment, care for the elderly, animal protection, disability inclusion.

-
Middle-to-high school/university student volunteers, and/or
